Deals: 24GB M4 MacBook Air $180 off, Apple Pencil Pro $80, 25W MagSafe Charger, Powerbeats Pro 2, AirPods, more

🗓️ 2025-06-10 05:29

Just before we dive into all of today’s WWDC announcements, let’s take a quick look at the best Apple gear deals. We still have AirPods Pro 2 down at $169 and AirPods 4 from $100 alongside the return of all-time low pricing on the new Powerbeats Pro 2 and $100 price drops on Beats Solo 4. Next up, and joining the $180 price drop on the 15-inch 24GB Midnight M4 MacBook Air, we have Apple Pencil Pro from $80, Apple’s latest 25W MagSafe Charger at the best price in months, AirTag deals, and a new Amazon low on Eve’s smart HomeKit Secure Video Cam. All of that and more awaits below in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

The M4 MacBook Air deals just keep on coming folks. After a roller coaster of a week in M4 MacBook Air deals, most of the entry-level 16GB models are now back at the $150 price drops from the nearly $199 off we saw for a few brief stints a couple days ago. But, the 15-inch 24GB Midnight M4 MacBook Air with the 512GB SSD just hit a new Amazon all-time low again at $1,419 shipped – that’s $180 off.

We featured this same model earlier this week at $173 – a notable deal for sure, but Amazon has now taken things down a notch again with an additional $11 in savings to deliver the best online price we have tracked to date on the 15-incher with the 24GB RAM upgrade.

I feel like I have said this 8+ times this week already, but it needs to be said again: All of the M4 MacBook Air deals we have featured at better than $150 off this week have not lasted for very long. Amazon is clearly looking to steal customers from the other major retailers offering $150 price drops and it is again here – it just likely won’t last for very long is all.

We are also tracking a sizable collection of Apple deals today ushered in by the now live Best Buy 3-day Apple weekend sale – everything is detailed for you right here.

As part of its latest collection of Apple gear deals, Woot is once again giving folks a shot at the “new, open-box” offer on Apple Pencil Pro down at $79.99 with free shipping for Prime members (a $6 delivery fee will apply otherwise). This deal ships with “at least 60 days remaining on the original Apple warranty.” Details below.

Regularly $129, today’s deal delivers 38% in savings for the lowest price we can find on a “new, open-box” unit with a full Apple warranty. This offer lands on par with our mention on a very similar deal from early March and comes in at well under the $99 deal price we are tracking on Amazon for a brand-new unit – for the record, the $99 price at Amazon right now is matching the lowest price we have tracked this year there. And for comparison’s sake, an “excellent” condition open-box unit on Best Buy will run you $96 right now.

Here are some additional details on the status of these discounted units via Woot:

Listen up! These Apple Pencil Pros are in New-Open Box condition. They will come with at least 60 days remaining of the original Apple warranty, and will be packaged in their original Apple packaging.

Outside of some open-box offers and our previous mentions on these Woot deals at $80, scoring a brand new Apple Pencil Pro online for less than $99 via a reputable retailer hasn’t come around for quite some time. We did some deals for a less than that last fall, but nothing since the Black Friday deal season rolled around last November.

Here are the iPad models compatible with the pro-grade Pencil: Apple Pencil Pro works with iPad Pro 13-inch (M4), iPad Pro 11-inch (M4), iPad Air 13-inch (M2), iPad Air 11-inch (M2) and iPad mini (A17 Pro).

It’s been a minute (several months) since we have a good price drop on the official Apple MagSafe Charger, but Amazon is now offering some notable discounts on the only magnetic charger in the game that can deliver full power to iPhone 16. Apple’s latest 25W MagSafe charger is now starting down at $29.99 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35. Details below.

The new 25W model comes in two sizes – the 1-meter variant and the 2-meter model, both of which are now on sale via Amazon:

The 2-meter model is now at the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon since mid-January 2025 and the 1-meter variant is much of the same. In other words, these are the best prices of the year outside of the holiday 2024 hangover offers that slid into the early days of 2025.

For those unfamiliar, you’re looking at the latest model Apple quietly released alongside the iPhone 16 last September. They feature a very similar design and aesthetic as the previous iteration, with a slightly thinner Magnetic wireless charging pad connected to a now woven Apple lead that terminates on the other end with a USB-C connector, but this time they support 25W of juice – the max amount of power iPhone 16 can ingest wirelessly and this is the only piece of kit out there that can do it.

Apple says it can deliver up to 50% battery in around “30 minutes for iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro when paired with the 30W USB‑C Power Adapter (sold separately).”

iPhone 16 can handle 45W of juice over a USB-C cable – all of your favorite chargers to make this happen have been collected for you right here – and everything you need to know about the new 25W MagSafe Charger can be found here.

Now joining this weekend’s deals on AirPods Pro 2 at $170 and AirPods 4 from $100, Amazon has now brought back the all-time lows on the new Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds. Regularly $250, you’ll now find all four colors marked down at $199.95 shipped.

Today’s $50 price drop is only the second time we have seen the latest Beats release go on sale in brand-new condition – there have been more than a few chances to save on open-box units, but today is the first time they have returned to the all-time low price brand new.

We gave the new Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 a go at release and came away relatively impressed with the user experience there. Beats call them its “the most advanced headphone” it has ever made, featuring the brand’s best-performing Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) alongside a Transparency mode to “let you hear the world around you,”up to 45 hours of battery life, one-touch pairing, automatic switching, the expected hands-free Siri action, Apple Find My, and onboard heart rate tracking – “heart Rate Monitoring sensors pulse over 100 times per second to measure your pulse in real time.”

Joining the ongoing Amazon low across the Apple Watch Series 10lineup – standard models at $100 off and high-end configs up to $160 off, the black Apple Watch Ultra 2is also getting in on the Apple deal action this weekend. You’ll now find all of band options Apple pairs with the latest black Ultra 2 marked down to $739 shipped from the regular $799 list, alongside some open-box offers for less down below.

Deals on the black Apple Watch Ultra 2, and the natural for that matter, haven’t been quite as generous across 2025 as we saw at the tail of last year. There have been a couple chances to land the black variant as low as $719 and $729, but mostly in short-lived drops at Amazon and with less band options.

Today’s $60 drop on the Ultra is the lowest we can find in new condition from a reputable dealer, but the open-box options at Best Buy can save you significantly more.

All of the prices mentioned below are for the black model in “excellent” condition with a 1-year Apple warranty attached and Geek Squad verification.

While the Green and Black Trail Loop options above aren’t quite as low as our previous mention, the Ocean Band config has now dropped a touch lower to deliver $132 in savings of the regular list price from Apple.

The Apple deals are already flying this morning before we head into the weekend, and next up is the latest iPad mini 7 lineup. Alongside deals on AirPods Pro 2, AirPods 4, and iPad A16 (and much more right here), Amazon has once again brought back its all-time low pricing across Apple’s ultra-compact series 7 iPad mini lineup with deals starting from $399 shipped.

While there are a few colors in the lineup yet to drop back to Amazon lows this morning, just about everything is now $100 off. The regularly $499 128GB model is $399, the $599 mid-range 256GB has fallen to $499, and the maxed-out 512GB variant has also dropped $100 to land at $699 shipped.

These deals are also matching the lowest prices we have tracked on Amazon to date, outside of a couple outlier configurations that have seen very short-lived dips a touch lower – the 256GB variant has fallen to $489, for example. It is also worth noting that Costco members were privy to as much as $144 in savings on select upgraded configs, but those deals have all come and gone (at the time of writing).

For me, and I think most folks, it is really all about the entry-level model here. The upgraded storage capacity is always a welcomed addition, but most people aren’t leveraging a mini as a work station, so you might as well save the cash and just offload data through the USB-C port, right? Perhaps that’s just me, but either way the deals are flying today and likely though the weekend on Apple’s latest iPad mini 7 – the most affordable model in the current-generation lineup compatible with Apple Intelligence.
